| Mô tả công việc: | - Identify staff vacancies and be in charge of recruiting, selecting or counseling managers on candidate selection. - Provide orientation training for newcomers; analyze training needs and recommend suitable training programs to create positive and learning organization. - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, counseling, and helping resolve work related problems. - Implement, annually update and advice management on compensation and benefits programs. - Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations. - Conduct monthly, quarterly, yearly review for staffs at different departments. - Be responsible for administration activities including but not limiting to filling contracts, company documents, leave record, stationary, personnel database record, etc. - Negotiate bargaining agreements/ contracts with vendors to provide employee services such as daily fruit, vehicle parking, … - Organize employees’/ company activities such as yearly party, summer trip, team work activities. - Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | - Strong knowledge in HR, law, accounting and administration. - At least 5 years working experiences in a comparable role. - In depth knowledge of labor code, tax, insurance laws. - Being sharp, well organized and dynamic person. - Competent English skill in all 4 skills. - Good at management skill. - Be structured and precise in your work and thrive with working in a team as well as individually. - Good training, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and willing to help develop others. |
