| Mô tả công việc: | • Initial focus will be on setting up the civil infrastructure including plantation layouts, roads, office and accommodation building, installation of the power supply and machines installation. • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects • Ensure a reliable and safe power supply necessary for the operation of the processes • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards • Provide engineering input into the planning of interior plantation estates, shutdowns and locally raised work orders, and to provide operational assistance on request • Periodic Inspection of electrical panels and installations • Propose improvements on power management and energy conservation • Give safety orientation on machines usage to all workers time to time • Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at plantations project sites • Preparation of budgets for the various estates machineries and jobs envisaged during the year. • Vehicle – the Company fleet of vehicles and Agricultural equipment’s will need to be maintained. Routine maintenance, liase with workshops, purchase of spares etc. • Personnel management – staff in the Engineering Dept. will need to be assigned work on a daily basis and their performance assessed. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical • 7 to 10 years’ experience in plantations/procurement/manufacturing industry in Civil or Mechanical engineering role. • Good English |
