| Mô tả công việc: | • Support Operation Manager to manage the daily operation department's activities. • Update & negotiation of rates with carier/airline as well as suppliers • Make booking with carrier/co-loader, supplier, following-up on all aspects including documentation, billing and reporting • Responsible for preparing documents related to Air/Sea Shipments (Import-Export), take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments, • Well coordinate with colleagues, daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to Operation Manager • Well coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries. • Update schedule to customer & agent. • Tracing cargo. • Set up and constantly improving relationship with service provider, sub-contractor and carrier to make sure the space and rates had been received competitively and follow up to secure the bookings • Take good care of current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries. • Support & advice customers to lead to optimal solutions; shoot troubles & arisen problems. • Share with teams or groups, a high sense of responsibility, build a strong team. • Maintain and build strong relationship with customers • Educate & train staff continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively |

| Yêu cầu khác: | + Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Air/Sea Freight Forwarding Industry + Age between 25-30 years old (Female). + University graduation in the major of Economics, Marketing or Business Administration and so on. + Fluency in writing and speaking English. + Good interpersonal skills and able to work with cross functional partners. + Good knowledge about international trade and exporting market. + Positive and able to work in a team. * Skills & Competencies: • Relationship building and maintenance capabilities. • Results oriented • Customer focus • Presentation skills * Computer Literacy: • Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation |
