| Mô tả công việc: | Greet customers, offer them assistance and handle their demand or inquiries with warmest attitude Direct customers by escorting them to shelve and help them to find the items they need, or to the cashier counters by helping them carry products Advice customers by providing information on products, help customer make selections by enhancing customer confidence; offer them suggestions and opinions of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observe inventory levels; place reorder when levels appear low under supervision of Department Supervisor to make sure no out of stock, no over-stock Receive and check the product quantity and quality at product reception based on the order Keep the correct and good way of storage conditions of the inventories, alert if the conditions may adversely affect the product quality Fill the products on the shelves and display products nicely in respect of FIFO and merchandising layout or rules of the company and to promote sales Remove expired or damaged products if any Ensure all the products on shelves are with correct and enough price tags, labels, sub-labels, product information Ensure the cleanliness of the products, the shelves and surroundings Update and help to set up the company special offers, promotions, events in store, introduce new products, or price changes to customers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing Turnover target. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise following training and store policy Update job and product knowledge as well as improve the required skills by participating in educational opportunities, training classes of the company; Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations Carry out any other duties delegated by Supervisor/ Store Manager |
