| Mô tả công việc: | About the Role
Data analytics, modelling and actuarial project managements Compensation scheme pricing Prophet modelling enhancement support Data analytics, modelling and actuarial project managements (60%): Cooperate with Core IT teams and Pricing team to deliver new product data and other ad-hoc data input for actuarial Prophet modelling. Lead data analytics and predictive analytics for customer’s persistency studies and other data-driven studies. Create and manage an inventory of data and tools used for actuarial modelling and data analytics. Work with different actuarial stakeholders to create a roadmap and implementation of data and tool’s improvement. Be project manager and Doer for actuarial projects under AIA’s Finance Technology-Digitalization-Analytics (Finance TDA) framework (e. g., experience studies, reinsurance automation, VONB dashboard). Compensation scheme pricing (30%): Cooperate with distribution teams (Agency, Bancassurance) to deliver compensation scheme pricing. Prophet modelling enhancement support (10%): Provide support to Prophet model enhancement (e. g., update operating/ economics assumptions, integration of reinsurance modelling, of new products in to centralized Prophet model, etc. ).
