WORK EXPERIENCE
Preventive Maintenance Team Leader - Intel Products Vietnam, Assembly Engineer Department.
January 2011 -Present (2 years 8 months)
❖ I am responsible for guiding and coaching maintenance crews to be capable of solving all problems happening to machines; documenting and developing procedures for PM and Conversion activities; driving defect and equipment improvements; practicing role model safety first attitude and seeking out opportunities to improve FINISH area in terms of Safety, Quality and Output.
❖ Build a strong and vital maintenance team
• Defined maintenance crew job charter to clearly state the team purpose, the expected results, kinds of work that they must involve and knowledge or skills required
• Cooperated with other PM leaders to set the standard Maintenance cycle in place namely Pre- maintenance review, Maintenance execution and Post-maintenance after action review. The same standard was also set for conversion process
• Created the standard work instruction (SWI), Response Flow Checklist and vocational training course to equip maintenance crews the required skills and knowledge in areas of electricity, mechanical, electronic and machine ad-hoc
• Lead the maintenance crews to perform scheduled equipment maintenance and conversion in a high precision manner
• Train and engrain Model Based Problem Solving (MBPS) into each PM crew to standardize the problem solving method from person to person. This helps PM crew have the same language and shorten the MTTR as well as time to identify the root cause
❖ Managing PM team to perform PM tasks, following the schedule and maintaining tool warranty
❖ Leading PM team to implement PM projects to improve PM duration, tool warranty for cost saving.
Key accomplishment:
❖ Enhance job checklist and standard to increase PM warranty from 50% to 80%, and also reduce PM duration 50%.
❖ Building the key method checklist to increase cost saving 20%.
❖ Improving tool performance machine available from -4. 0 to 0. 2.
❖ Increasing yield quality to 99. 99%.
Assistant PM lead - Intel Products Vietnam, Assembly Engineer Department.
January 2011- September 2009 (15 months)
❖ Scheduling PM activities to optimize tool warranty and minimize the impact on factory throughput.
❖ Coordinating with Process/Construction Engineers to set up, install and qualify the new tools. Key accomplishment:
❖ Improving 6S and 8D in PM environment to increase performance.
❖ Improving lean in performing PM to increase PM quality and quantity.
