Mô tả công việc: Dear Our Valued Candidates,
Our Client is a Foreign Company (USA) in Wood industry. They are looking for high-qualified candidates for IT Specialist position.
Working Location: BIÊN HÒA - ĐỒNG NAI
Report to: Vice General Director
Time Working:
Factory: 7: 30AM to 15: 30 PM
Representative Office: 8: 00 AM to 17: 00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Objectives
The goal of the work is not being complained by departments and colleagues.
Ensuring that the server system and computers be in good and fast operation condition (100%).
Ensureing that all software systems must be updated and scaned virus for employees weekly and monthly (100%).
Saving cost for material of factory and rep. office (100%).
Performancing all jobs and tasks in Item IV.

Principle duties and responsibilities
IT orientation
Training staffs about computer skills such as network, software, emails and internet in the company.
Guiding and supporting all departments to apply the informationsecret system, authority, virus prevention system when employees use network.

IT system management
Managing, operating internal network system, company’s internet.
Managing activities of the operation system, utility programs, applications..
Checking and controlling the equipments using of network.
Updating and upgrading programs and software managementapplication for serving the operation of the company.
Responsible for the implementation of updating, copying, archiving data of all staffs on server and external hard drive weekly, monthly.
Setting up the internal network between all computers and peripheral equipment.
Setting up, implementing the updating and copying all data.
Updating the computers, networks, information technology equipments, desk phones and reporting to the BOD monthly.
Responsible for controlling and supervising the software of the company with good operation.
Reporting to Head Dept. and BOD timely about the violation of the internet and telephone policy.

Computer & laptop management
Responsible for managing CPU, monitor and instruments, devices for information technology at the factory and rep. Offices.
Usually checking and reminding staffs who use the computer, telephone or internet for personal purpose.
Reminding employeesnot to bring laptops into the company for using if he/she is allowed by BOD.
Making the procedure, policy and rule of IT section and usually supervising and reminding departments, employeesto follow up.
Controlling ink usage of each department monthly.
Guidingdepts, employees to follow up procedure, policy and rule of IT that were approved by BOD.

Camera system management
Responsible for managing the camera system of the factory and Rep. office.
Coordinating with maintenance to monitor the quality of camera in the company and Rep. office.
Reporting to Dept. Head about problems of camera system.
Contactingwith vendors to repair camera system of factory and Rep. office immediately if it has any problems.
General telephone, network system management
Responsible for managing the general telephone, internal line and spare-part of general telephone at factory and Rep. office.
Checking the general telephone system and internal lines of telephone to repair or contact vendors for repairing as soon as possible.
Usually cleaning and checking internal telephone system and server.
Managing and monitoring the telephone cost of the company monthly and report to head Dept.

Maintenance
Making maintenance plan as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly for each machine belong to IT management scope at factory and Rep. office.
Preparing the budget for IT section and reporting to Head Dept. before 25thmonthly.
Sending report of maintenance and maintain for all machines ofHead Dept. before 05th monthly.
Copying the data of the company in server monthly and transfering to BOD before 10th monthly. In urgent cases, according to BOD or Head of Dept.
Replacing the equipments, tools of computer, laptop and others when the department requests and is approval by BOD.
Preparing all equipments, tools and spare-part formeeting program and when requested by depts..

Software Enterprice management
Maintaining all enterprice software as ERP, HR Software, HR Scanfinger, MISA…
Responsiblefor all enterprice software when it has any problems.
Ensuring backup database management software is safe. Restoring old database for the request of superiors.
Training all enterprice software for user, support end user when has any troubleshooting.
Contacting vendors to modify the software as required by the company upon request.
Managingthe must – have - copyright software used in the company.

Learning& Development
Continuous learning & updating the ITskills to meet job requirements.
Training employeesto use the office software skills.
Disseminating information, internalpoliciestoemployeesin their jobs.
Information management
Ensuring the internal network of the company to be in safety and security.
Responsible for managing the IT room and not to allow people to enter IT room.
Only providing necessary informationtootherdepartmentsand related employeestotheoverallpurposeof working and conveying information with accuracy and honesty.

Administration management
Saving materials cost.
Controlling and updating the telephone and internet cost weekly, monthly.
Supporting HR team to update and prepare reports of Human Resource Department to meet KPIs.
Evaluating and monitoring suppliers and contractors within the scope of the IT section.
Managing and recording procedures related to administrative, legal records of IT.
Implementing 5S at working area to meet company’s requisition.
Sending the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports to direct Manager and BOD on time.
Performing another jobsrequested by Head Dept and BOD.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education
Graduated from related field.
Strong knowledge of IT.
Good at English.

Skills
Good communication, negotiation and project management.
Responsible for details of the job, proactive in working.
Teamwork skill and professional service.
Cost control skill.
Excellent in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill.
Conceptual thinking, but strong action and results oriented.
Continuous improving and career developing.
