| Mô tả công việc: | • Set up Marketing strategies to create higher online awareness for the company and the brands in its portfolio using social media, advertising and other channels • Organize and implement marketing activities on other web and mobile platforms and devices • Responsible for marketing concepts and content production and publishing for Ecommerce services and products • Drive creative direction for ads, ad copy, and landing pages to optimize channels. • Drive strategy for paid searches; manages, expands, and optimizes paid search campaigns to meet allowable metrics. • Demonstrate strong understanding of SEO onsite and offsite best practices and remain current on SEO industry news and trends, specifically on search engine algorithms. • Execute profitable media buys through display channels, retargeting networks, social paid ads, and email lists • Continuously test, optimize, and analyze campaigns to achieve and maintain KPIs. • Create and update performance KPI that monitor campaigns and track traffic and conversion metrics to enable continuous improvement of our marketing efforts • Determine test budgets, media, and buying strategy. • Track the market for trends, opportunities, etc. and use that information to make recommendations. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, etc. • 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing in Manager level • Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers) • Excellent in communication, public relations and copywriting • Excellent strategic thinking • Excellent management and leadership skill • Excellent in search engine optimization • Deep understanding of media management across digital channels • Familiar with online analytic suites such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Facebook insights, etc. • Creative, independent, proactive as well as highly passionate in Marketing • Having good knowledge about marketing in Ecommerce product is a plus |
