| Mô tả công việc: | Record daily transactions (banking/cash) into the accounting system (MISA software) and ensure its accuracy
Perform weekly cash/banking mediation Calculate PIT quarterly / annually and submit reports to the Tax Department Review and reconcile general ledger accounts for the month and prepare year-end financial statements for audit purposes Responsible for all mandatory statistical reports Work with banks, tax authorities, and authorities Manage account inventory, responsible for year-end inventory finalization report Carry out administrations of all claims related to Social insurance (Sick leave, maternity leave, or personal accident…) and follow up on each claim to ensure payment is received accordingly. Complete termination process and SI book procedure for leaving staff. All other related accounting & financial issues and tasks |
