| Mô tả công việc: | Job Description
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize manufacturing systems and IT infrastructure supporting production operations. Manage and support manufacturing applications, systems, servers, databases, networks, and related infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective system solutions. Support and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production tracking systems, equipment interfaces, and other manufacturing applications. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; identify potential issues and implement preventive actions. Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, network, database, and infrastructure issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Develop and maintain system interfaces between MES, ERP, equipment, databases, and other manufacturing systems. Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity. Develop scripts, tools, and applications to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance. Manage system configuration, user access, security controls, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, configuration records, and standard operating procedures. Participate in system upgrades, new equipment integration, software deployment, and infrastructure improvement projects. Work with vendors and external partners to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new solutions. Ensure manufacturing systems comply with company standards, cybersecurity requirements, and operational policies. Provide technical support during new product introduction, production ramp-up, and manufacturing process changes. Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required to ensure continuous manufacturing operations. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing systems, IT infrastructure, automation, MES, or a related engineering role. Experience supporting manufacturing environments, production systems, MES, ERP, or shop-floor applications is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach. Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, databases, and system administration. Experience with SQL and database management is preferred. Programming or scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, Java, or similar languages is an advantage. Experience with system integration, APIs, equipment communication, or industrial protocols is a plus. Understanding of IT/OT infrastructure, manufacturing automation, and industrial systems is preferred. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, access control, backup, and disaster recovery is an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Good command of English, especially for technical documentation and communication with international teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Dassault DELMIA, or equivalent systems. Experience integrating MES, ERP, equipment, and factory automation systems. Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, or modern manufacturing IT architecture. Experience in semiconductor, electronics, automotive, EMS, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred. Understanding of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IIoT, and manufacturing digitalization is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Systems: MES, production tracking, equipment integration, manufacturing applications. Infrastructure: Servers, databases, networks, virtualization, storage, and system availability. System Integration: MES–ERP–Equipment interfaces and data communication. Automation: Scripting, process automation, monitoring, and system optimization. Support: Troubleshooting and minimizing manufacturing system downtime. Security & Reliability: User access, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and system reliability. Continuous Improvement: Digital transformation, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. |
