| Mô tả công việc: | To be responsible for ensuring software quality of software development projects and is accountable for the successful development and execution of software test plans by way of verification procedures based upon agreed standard software and system specifications to ensure client satisfaction.
Familiar with industry standards and certification, and drives efforts to bring products into conformance with such standards. Performance reviews. Evaluates, maintains and improves Testing roles and responsibilities within the product development life-cycle. Responsible for functional duties assigned by direct manager. Facilitates the development, implementation and adherence of testing department standards in partnership with other test team leadership. Evaluates and implements training and development needs for team. Manages team compliance with existing measures for reporting testing efforts. Co-ordinate all testing tasks within team. Team training, mentoring and career development. Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | University degree or college diploma in the field of IT, Software development;
At least 3 years direct work experience in a software quality assurance; Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently; Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management with varying degrees of technical knowledge; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience; Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks; Good command of reading/writing English; and good command of speaking/listening English. |
