| Mô tả công việc: | Responsibility: •Oversee day to day financial accounting activities and report to the Head Office in Singapore, Chairman and the General Director of the Company; •Monitor and ensure that all financial accounting transactions abide to the law in relation to the taxes and according to company policies and regulations; •Perform appropriate reviews to ensure the accuracy, fully and timely of all financial accounting transactions •Generate financial reports and statements to Head Office, Chairman and General Director for their review; •Make sure statutory tax reports to comply with statutory regulations; •Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner •Provide guidance to other Accountants/Executives/Clerks when needed •Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts; •Assist in auditing (both internal audit and external audit) activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations •Assist in tax finalization •Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place with all financial accounting activities •Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed; •Analyze financial discrepencies and recommend effective resolutions; •Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management •Coordinate with the Head Office to complete other ad hoc reports assigned within deadlines |

| Quyền lợi được hưởng: | Requirement: •University graduated with Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance •At Least 03 years working experiences in Chief Accountant/ multinational company •Refer the candidate to have working experiences in Asia, Europe •Experience with ERP is a plus •Good communication, leadership/ownership and persuasive skills •Good in leadership, management, time management, staff motivation, problem solving and capability building •Willing to take a business trip •Fluently English Skill. Medium to Good in both written and spoken |
