| Mô tả công việc: | Job Purpose: Writes cost reports / plant manufacturing issues and sends them to Management (Country Director, Plant Manager, Financial Manager, Iphofen Controller) or presents them at Management Meeting. Key Accountabilities • Supporting Plant Manager to ensure that plant costs are minimized and that revenue can be maximized. • Responsible for documenting and maintaining updates to cost accounting procedures as they relate to the financial close process. • Assists in the evaluation and maintenance of cost system data including product costs, direct labor and overhead rates, cost accounting rate tables. • Responsible for auditing information among the various company-wide systems to ensure consistency and validity. Works with Purchasing and the Accounting departments to resolve issues related to the purchase contract, purchase order, order receipt, and invoice vouch process for manufacturing-related items. • Maintain monthly costing report and yearly costing planning. Prepares special cost analyses and estimates as required. • Control the closing of SAP-PP module. Prepares monthly cost-related journal entries and month-end cost closing. Analyses supporting detail reports and queries to ensure that the monthly and annual financial close process is completed timely and accurately. • Coordinates the month end and annual financial close process for accounting data working with the General Accounting department management and associates. Responsible for report filing and record retention in accordance with corporate policy. • Actively participates in cost and product data audits and is responsible for executing corrective actions and approved changes in cost methodology. • Actively participates in team efforts focused on product data management, general ledger reporting integrity, and the usefulness of accounting information. • Involve in operational stock-take. • Do ad-hock assignments from Plant Manager and Finance Manager. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• At least 4 year (s) of working experience in manufacturing Cost Accounting with expertise in cost analysis. • Experience and training should be directly related to a manufacturing operations that uses process and standard costing methodology • Extensive understanding and use of computer systems and programs • Solid communication skills in Vietnamese & English; both written and verbal • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Business Administration • Desired: SAP ERP system experiences |
