| Mô tả công việc: | < ρ> RESPONSIBILITES< br /> - Assist Project Manager with drawings study and site inspection upon a project starting. < br /> - Issue and update request for information from client. < br /> - Assist project manager to develop detailed bill of quantities from interior construction documents. < br /> - Liaise with suppliers for quotation, sample materials, and order/ contract handling. < br /> - Support site supervisor with mobilization for site works starting. < br /> - Attend site meetings and prepare required reports of construction progress on a regular basis. < br /> - Follow up with suppliers to assure delivery on schedule. < br /> - Arrange factory inspection with Site Supervisor or Project Manager. < br /> - Collect invoices from suppliers, prepare payment requests for suppliers to submit to accounting department for proceeding. < br /> - Assist Project Manager to prepare checklist for inspections with client< br /> < br /> REQUIREMENTS< br /> - Academic training & qualifications. < br /> - Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Engineering. < br /> < br /> Working Experience< br /> - Minimum 3 years experience in INTERIOR DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION industry with contractors or consultants< br /> < br /> Particular Skills< br /> - Must have excellent knowledge of all interior construction materials and techniques, quantities and associated costs. < br /> - Must have strong ability to read and interpret Construction documents in English and Vietnamese. < br /> - Familiar with various forms of contract in English and Vietnamese. < br /> - Good organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines. < br /> - Good command of English. < br /> - Good communication skills with fellow team members and external parties. < br /> - Excellent skills on AutoCAD and MS Xcell< /p> |
