| Mô tả công việc: | • Work with agency principal and clients on strategic positioning and planning. • Guide clients in branding, positioning and marketing implementation. • Write marketing plans including strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget. • Research industries and markets to identify growth opportunities for clients. • Recommend and lead approach for primary and secondary research to support client branding projects. • Analyze the performance of existing products in the marketplace, comparing specification, pricing and market share with competitors’ offerings. • Must have an understanding of the product development process in addition to skills in market research, pricing, promotion and distribution. • Assist principal on responding to new business opportunities including researching companies and industries, writing proposals, preparing presentations and other new business efforts. • Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate • Actively presents ideas to expand service offering and enhance positioning of the firm. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing field • At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of digital Marketing and Marketing consulting • Management - supervision, client relations, project management, time management, understanding of daily operations of a marketing firm • Computer – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Marketing – strong knowledge of marketing strategy and the tools used to support marketing communications and branding campaigns • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing. • Strong strategic thinking. • Consulting skills. • Excellent presentation skills to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. • Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget. • Good at researching and analyzing the market • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Able to communicate at all levels of an organization. • Should possess leadership quality and believe in team work. • The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality. The ability to balance a process-drive approach while generating innovative ideas is imperative. Capabilities – multi-tasking, performing under tight deadlines, problem solver, delegation, leadership, attention to detail, organized, can listen to and take direction/constructive criticism.
