| Mô tả công việc: | Job Description: The marketing manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company. Duties: Work with clients on strategic positioning and planning. Consult clients in branding, positioning and marketing implementation. Write marketing plans including strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget. Research industries and markets to identify growth opportunities for clients. Recommend and lead approach for primary and secondary research to support client branding projects. Analyze the performance of existing products in the marketplace, comparing specification, pricing and market share with competitors’ offerings. Must have an understanding of the product development process in addition to skills in market research, pricing, promotion and distribution. Assist principal on responding to new business opportunities including researching companies and industries, writing proposals, preparing presentations and other new business efforts. Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate Actively presents ideas to expand service offering and enhance positioning of the firm. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing, Business Administration, and related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Branding, Marketing and Marketing consulting Having experience in staff management and divide up the work effectively Management - supervision, client relations, project management, time management, understanding of daily operations of a marketing firm Computer – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Marketing – strong knowledge of marketing strategy and the tools used to support marketing communications and branding campaigns Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing. Strong strategic thinking. Consulting skills. Excellent presentation skills to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. Good at researching and analyzing the market Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. Should possess leadership quality and believe in team work. |
