| Mô tả công việc: | ● Lead the day to day operational excellence of one specific initiative: design workflow, write materials for research purposes, coordinate team’s effort, manage human capital for the team, etc. ● Gather and structure data for Vicare’s master database as well as intepret these information to recommend actions ● Be critical on yourself and your team’s efficiency ● Drive cooperation with other departments to ensure seamless cooperation and cross-departmental operational excellence, for example using Market research for cooperation with IT team to improve users experience on our website ● Other assignments within operation when arising or assigned by Operations Manager and CEO ● The internship is expected to last 3 months. After 3 months candidates can discuss on long term employment with the company if suitable |

Being able to think one (preferably three) step ahead, foresee upcoming problems and always present a suggested solution. ● Have your own laptop |
