| Mô tả công việc: | What You Will Do - Maintain a joyful and collaborative work environment - Understand the needs and expectations of clients - Explore social-networks to identify suitable candidates according to the client's criteria - Analyze and screen candidates' profiles providing shortlists to supervisor - Learn to operate the internal talent sourcing tool (vsource) - Continuously learn, develop and share new sourcing techniques - Join career advancement training programs - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, where required - Assist supervisors on other projects - Exceed your potential |
