Mô tả công việc: | Mission: a. Ensure success of the implementing strategy for its clients. b. Responsible for maintaining of relationship of its clients, sustaining of company billing Specific Tasks: 1/ Business development • Develop and execute annual plan to build businesses, achieving the firm revenue. • Develop and follow up plan to build awareness and reputation for the firm. 2/ Client management • Plan to reach out and connect to potential customers; build up specific strategies to gain and maintain the current customers. • Contact/ meet customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that helps customers solve recruitment needs. • Be responsible for customer relations and after sales service. • Understand clients'' business and work with related teams to generate proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations. • Develop and present concept & plan at client pitch to win new customers and keep existing ones • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and candidates. • Responsible for day to day dealings with clients. • Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets. • Follow up with payment/debt status. • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Manager |

Yêu cầu khác: | • Male • BA/College degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications • At least 2 years’ experience in sales B2B, Business development, Telesales (insuarance, finance, banking, IT, software, Consultant.... ) Customer Service • Can – Do attitude. • Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful - Excellent in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, especially Power Point) and Internet tools • Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with new clients and current accounts • Ability to conceptualize from customers’ brief, do creative proposals and make smooth presentations confidently for every specific client campaign • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent trouble-shooting and solution-finding skills in terms of client and candidates • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people |
