Mô tả công việc: | - Time: 8. 30AM – 4h15PM, Monday to Friday, 1/2 Saturday - Report to: Head Plant Manager (foreigner) - Take care: 3 staffs - Working location: Duc Hoa District, Long An Province (transportation: District 1 and An Suong Intersection on 7h30 AM) RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Management • Develop and lead the HR strategies and prioritize: – Workforce plan: immediate and long-term staff requirements – Needs of learning & development – Talent management – Compensation strategy – Employee relations strategy – Compliance – Advise the management and implement employment law which includes Labor law and other related laws and regulations (SI, HI, UL, PIT), – Develop and implement internal labor regulations in compliance with laws: working conditions, performance management, payment, disciplinary procedures and absence management, environment protection, health and safety – Build relationship with the local authorities in areas of Labor Department, Social Insurance, Health and Safety, Fire Protection and Prevention – Work closely with involved parties to obtain necessary certificates and implement required provisions under the brand certificate – Identify compliance issues, conduct investigation and handle compliance issues to ensure adherence to required standards • Recruitment – Develop Job Descriptions, competency dictionary (SKA) – Lead the recruitment process: preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates • Performance management – Develop and implement KPI based incentive schemes and Performance Management Systems – Play a key role in developing an organizational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behavior. – Work closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures • Employee relations – Influence and negotiate with the management – Represent the manufacture to internal and external stakeholders, such as works councils and unions – Communicate key issues and support contract negotiations – Deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures – Monitor discipline of employees on a daily basis – Arrange team activities in conjunction with the trade union • Training & Development – Plan, deliver, train - including inductions for new staff, – Systemize the on-the-job training - teaching materials and practice – Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers – Contribute to the development of an organizational workforce and talent that is competitive, leads talent management discussions and implementation plans across the company • Compensation & Benefits – Administer payroll and maintaining employee records – Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits – Undertake regular salary reviews – Arrange and process all types of required insurance (liability insurance, health insurance, medical insurance etc. ) • Reporting – Develop policies and procedures for all HR functions, disseminate to employees at all level of the factory – Prepare periodical reports – internal and external – Submit reports to the local authorities |
Quyền lợi được hưởng: | • Salary pay: $1500 - $2000 gross, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification • More details will be discussed during the interview. • Pick up transportation for candidate living in Binh Thanh District and accommodation for single candidate here. |
Yêu cầu khác: | • Good at English Skills • Experience in setting up personnel system with standard model • Educational Requirement: BA degree in Human Resources, Law or Business Administration. • At least 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience or the same position • Deep knowledge of Employment laws and regulations, Human resource management, Security management, Assets management. • Working in the garment industry is an advantage • Strong network with local authorities and external audits, • Solid experience in dealing with workers, employee relation, Problem solving skill, Negotiation skill, Organization and planning, Team work • Work under pressure |
