Our client is a Company offering quality garment manufacturing, innovative products. They are looking for high qualified candidates in Recruitment Specialist position. Report to: Recruitment Director Working Location: Thai Binh ROLE PURPOSE Within the context of Group and Plant direction and guidelines, to verifiably contribute to achievement of the Plant’s business performance through providing the recruitment, selection, orientation and induction, staff relations functional expertise to equip line managers with the HCM tools and services support essential to attract, recruit, select, integrate and retain engaged and competent staff, in support of ensuring bulk garment production outcomes that meet the customer’s quality, quantity and delivery specifications and the Plant’s KPI targets, while operating within all applicable country, customer, Group and Plant policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged staff work force. JOB DESCRIPTION Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and organizing information and requirements, including job requisitions; setting priorities. Places job openings by submitting print advertisements, job board postings, job fair and PA announcements. Supports recruiting itineraries by making travel arrangements; setting-up interview schedules; arranging applicant visits, including travel and accommodations, to company location. Establishes candidate qualifications by screening applicants; administering tests; completing reference checks. Refers candidates by forwarding information to Recruitment Director. Maintains applicant tracking system by entering and updating requisition, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, tracking, and hiring information. Builds and maintains a business relationship with recruitment agencies. Does orientation program for new employees. Prepares recruiting reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Makes employee badges, opens bank accounts and ATM cards. Verifies & maintains personel documents & HRIS. REQUIREMENT University/College graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. Worked in manufacturing is always in priority. Have experience work with Hunt Minimum 3 year experience in recruitment. Prior recruitment experience in big manufacturing companies is an advantage. Good English, both verbal and written. Ability to accurately translate documents between English and Vietnamese will be a big plus. Good at computer (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and social networks. Good communication & telephone skills. Organized, neat and accurate. |
