| Mô tả công việc: | SAP Data processing staff for Warehouse/QC/Logistics Function
Location: BacNinh Report to: Logistics Manager Responsibilities: This position is responsible for documentation and system data entry in Warehouse, Quality control and Logistics function. Main responsibility includes, but not limit to the following: -Upload inspection sheet into material masters. -Scan inspection sheet and upload into purchase orders. -Prepare documents and book GR/GI transactions in the system (SAP). -Support warehouse to do monthly stock-count. -Support to upload incoming materials or load finished goods. -Improve the way to keep track of information and measurement. -Implement initiatives/continuous improvement in IQC and warehouse. -Maintain records to measure KPIs such as Delivery on time to production. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Requirements: Experience: - Minimum 2 year experience in warehouse, IQC, import & export, most preferably from Foreign/ International environment. - Familiarity with SAP system is an outstanding advantage. Education: Colleges or University degree in Economics/ Business Knowledge & Skills: - Understanding about material flow and how to manage inventory in an efficient way - Good planning and organizing skills - Good communication skills - Self-starter and detail-oriented - Good command of English - Good computer skills |
