| Mô tả công việc: | DESIGN: Produce, agree and manage, with all relevant parties, a realistic design program and information required schedule to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements. Petroleum depots: These depots should range from simple 2, 000 cubic meter ones to large and complicated over 200, 000 cubic meter ones. These terminals must be capable of handling all white products and spirits including crude oil, fuel oil and bitumen. PROJECT FINANCING: Be responsible for the communication between the lenders and their technical advisors and the project team. Be responsible and follow up on the budget of the project. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION: Coordinate project execution activities to ensure that projects are implemented within budget and schedule. STANDARDS COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulation and practices applicable to the design and construction (e. g API, ASME, ANSI, etc) including HSE and environmental compliance |

| Yêu cầu khác: | University Degree in Engineering or related field. Min 8 years of proven experience and working knowledge involving in Oil & Gas Industries (Terminal, Refineries). Experience with liaison with local authority, construction management, particularly handling meetings, review of construction procedures, quality plan, project execution align with project timeline given. Project management to manage and execute projects on time and within budget, familiar with local pricing / vendors and proficient in cost estimation for a project. Successful track record in achieving tasks and managing of project to ensure HSE compliances during construction phase, with highest quality. Good command in ENGLISH both writing and speaking skill. Good understanding of Contractual matters. Good HSE knowledge and requirements for construction work. Self-motivate, outgoing personnel and willing to work long hours if necessary. Maintain professionalism in dealing with Consultant and Contractors. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent in Power Point and Excel. Photoshop, Flash, and knowledge of other presentation techniques are required. Familiar with TCVN, API, ASME, IEC, NFPA and international code and standards. Familiarise with Local Construction Code in petrochemical / bitumen plant is an advantage. Exposure in Bitumen storage and/or plants and/or logistics, a plus. Good command in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD. Good in communication with Engineering Consultants and Contractors.
