| Mô tả công việc: | Lead a multi-discipline team during the engineering, procurement and construction phases of the Project. Create and maintain an attitude of leadership within the project teams with respect to overall management activities (including quality assurance, engineering, procurement, planning and controls, construction management, pre-commissioning and safety). Ensure the quality of the delivered project, while respecting established budget and schedule objectives. Reviewing project specifications, drawings and Quality Control plans and procedures. Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures. Preparation of the Inspection Test Plan for the scope of work Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation and collect and file the required Quality Records. Ensure that all sites activities are carried out according to reference documentation for parts of the plant within his area of responsibility, authorizing their acceptance at quality control completion. Cooperate and implementation of relative corrective actions, Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and identify appropriate corrective actions. Manage collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications. Inform the Project Manager of any deviation regarding the contract. Check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives. Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation. Underground utilities- inspection and reporting on underground storm, water, sewer and electrical works. Concrete works- pre-pour inspections of formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement. Conducting field inspections and producing inspection reports for various construction activities. Progressively built and compile the project turnover packages throughout the construction schedule and maintain the upto date of the quality control records Compile the final project turnovers and submission to client approval Any other project QA/QC duties as advised from time to time. |

| Quyền lợi được hưởng: | Salary: around USD 1, 200 – 1, 500, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification More details will be discussed during the interview. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive QA/QC experience Understand engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning & tolerancing Able to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine and other measurement tools is preferred Experience of working in ‘difficult’ and emerging market countries Experience in using Auto Cad Experience of preparing reports/documents in English Fluent English, Possess a broad understanding of each construction discipline. Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, and other Company and discipline specific software applications. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Results oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time lines Commitment to working in a team environment, with established team building abilities |
