Mô tả công việc: | •Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. •Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities. •Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending potential investments •Perform progressive R&D on market trends for new marketing ideas to penetrate the market -- conduct research and development for new programme outlines i. e. upkeep with training and development trends •Develop sales presentations, conduct seminars and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors. •Complete RFP's and proposals, follow up on submissions and close business. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs. •Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. •Provide prompt services in professional and timely manner •Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues. •Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements. •Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. •Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. •Assist and coordinate training programmes (pre-preparation, during e. g. coordinate with hotels on programme logistics and after i. e. generate post evaluation reports / summary of evaluation from participants etc. ) •Assist in company events e. g. exhibitions, conferences, etc •Any other tasks assigned from time-to-time by the Manage |
