| Mô tả công việc: | • Incident Management: Monitor digital platforms for incidents and issues; Raise tickets for any incidents related to digital platforms and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly. • Change Management: Manage change requests effectively by clarifying requirements and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met; Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and communicate necessary adjustments. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT to ensure that changes meet specified requirements; Sign off on changes before they are released to production, ensuring quality and compliance. • Downtime Management: Manage downtime effectively, ensuring timely notifications to all relevant stakeholders; Coordinate with technical teams to minimize impact and downtime duration. • Live Verification: Conduct live verification of digital platforms on weekends following downtime to ensure full functionality and performance. • Reporting: Complete all necessary regulatory reporting accurately and on time; Prepare and present management reports related to digital platform |
