| Mô tả công việc: | Maintenance of safe operating procedures through completeknowledge of safetyrules and lab procedures. Knowledge well on SB NC, PU technology in wood Furniture coating. Dependable formulation, modification, cost-out product and RM substitution based on requirement. Comprehension on processes of product development processing, research, testingby which resultsare produced. Learns to produce dependable data and pursue quality in products/ processes. Learns problem-solving/ decision making skills. Learns to manage own work throughplanning execution, analysisand documentation of results. Timely and accurate execution of product testingon production material. Support all AC businessby timely and accurate executionof product formulations and testing. Resolution of problems relatingto products and processed accomplished in a timelymanner. Establishing and maintaining effectiverelationships with thosein line of work. Be instrumental in cost savingprojects without losingthe quality of the end product. Working with raw materialsuppliers & purchasing team for the evaluation of new raw materials for cost saving and / OR product quality improvement purposes. Primary understanding of usage of UV application equipment, completely know testing equipment, test method, and other relatedaccessories to Furniture coating. Responsible for the life of the machines used at work, by properhandling & maintenances of the machines. Responsible for 5S – Housekeeping relatedat work area. Should be able to adapt to the changesin the organization. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor. Team work. |
