| Mô tả công việc: | Responsible to all customer quality requirements. To attend and orangize meeting with customer related to quality issues (e. g new model launching; ECN change; monthly quality audit; quality issue on non- conformance parts;... ) Provide quality improvement report to cater for custormer's complaints and reply custormers' complaint Contact and approach customer for special exceptance for non functional area. Arrange manpower for screening activity at customer site. Review non-conformance part and call for quality review meeting internally. Handling environmental audit, legal compliance and customer’s survey in hazardous chemical, compliance to ROHS and REACH standard. To establish, maintain & improve Environmental Management System in accordance to ISO, TS standard. |
