| Mô tả công việc: | Analysis of the situation at the customer site (machine, product, tools, lot size, etc. ) Develop a solution with standard tools or custom solutions to meet the customer requirements and present it to the customer Select standard tools or design custom solutions Select cutting parameters and propose machining strategies Managing a project list. All tests are entered, regularly updated, and bi-weekly distributed Write up an investigation report, develop and propose a solution Discuss further steps together with the customer (issue credit note, replace tool, advice another tool, change process parameters, etc. ) Present tool portfolio to customers, assist sales reps Conduct product training for members and customers Hold seminars at customers and other events such as trade shows Provide customer support such as tool and process parameter recommendations |
