| Mô tả công việc: | Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end construction of digital platforms, including online consultation, appointment booking, medical services, drug and insurance stores, membership systems, and operations management.
Business-Driven Development: Align closely with business goals to drive R&D iterations and build scalable, adaptable systems. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work tightly with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery with controlled risk and high quality. User-Centered Design: Identify user needs, design interaction processes, and build intuitive user journeys for online and offline healthcare experiences. Prototyping & Documentation: Use tools like Axure, Sketch, Visio, and PowerPoint to create clear business flows, prototypes, and comprehensive PRDs. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of healthcare policies and regulations; ensure product alignment with medical standards and business needs. Training & Enablement: Create training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for internal teams, customer service, and external partners. Post-launch Optimization: Track operational performance, analyze data insights, and continuously improve the product based on feedback. AI Integration: Understand AI technologies and explore ways to embed AI into product experiences and workflows. |
