| Mô tả công việc: | WHAT YOU WILL DO: 1. Client Services (40%) • Provide services to GPA Vietnam’s clients, primarily high school and college students • Assist students in their application process to American and Canadian schools • Ensure high standards of service quality to maximize customer’s satisfaction 2. Paper work (40%) • Help students with their application procedure for American and Canadian schools: researching admissions requirements, editing students’ CVs, filling finacial documents and application forms • Help students and parents prepare required paper works and documents • Assist students in contacting with admission officers to inquire admission-related information 3. Marketing Activities (20%) • Design and implement outreach and marketing activities for GPA Vietnam with the goal to attract new clients • Develop partnerships with schools, student associations, and other networks to build resources for GPA Vietnam to better support clients |
