| Mô tả công việc: | Duties and Responsibility: • Set the overall strategy and direction of the Language Center in coordination with the CEO of GPA. • Responsible for the financial results and educational results of the Center. • Prepare the business plan and annual budget for the Language Center in line with GPA’s mission and strategy in order to meet the overall objectives of the company. • Through the Academic Manager, develop course curricula and evaluation tools in coordination with external consultants, ensuring that the courses offered meet the standards and requirements of the company. • Through the Operations Manager, monitor, coordinate, plan, and organize the overall activities of the Language Center, which include curriculum activities and approval of books and materials for teaching. • Develop and maintain the Language Center’s culture and reputation amongst staff, students and regulatory/official bodies to ensure that the Language Center as well as GPA continue to set high standards within the domestic market and internationally. • Participate in the reporting process for the Language Center and facilitate access to all information requested by the authorities. • Through the Academic Manager, responsible for the activities of language teachers and the delivery of language courses, and take action in connection with any required improvements to ensure that all teaching is delivered to the highest of standards. • Through the Academic Manager, oversee and approve the schedules and timetables for courses, ensuring that they are adequately planned. • Through the Academic Manager, ensure that the Center regularly updates teaching materials to ensure course outlines are up-to-date and reflect the learning objectives of the syllabus adequately. • Provide regular progress reports on activities and developments relating to the Language Center to the CEO and Board of Directors. • Recommend training courses, information sessions, workshops and conferences to enhance the capabilities of teachers by providing them with appropriate tools and skills. • Participate in the hiring and evaluation of language teachers and other staff, ensuring fairness and equality and that the Language Center acquires the required skills. • Monitor and manage the Language Center’s operational compliance with GPA’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations. • Address any issues that may arise in relation to students, ensuring their timely resolution and that the appropriate action is taken. • Attend and represent the Center in local, regional and international conferences as well as with similar institutions and develop and maintain strong relationships for future collaboration and development of other programs. • Keep abreast of and adopt progressive teaching methodologies to ensure students achieve the best learning outcomes. | Yêu cầu khác: | Qualifications: • Experience in Business Development, Management. • A solid, sustained background in sale, education, including language teaching. • Experience in managing the delivery of a diverse range of language courses. • Knowledge of the latest developments, technologies, methods and techniques relating to language teaching. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and planning skills. • Familiarity with generic and specialist IT applications. • Fluency in English; fluency in Vietnamese. • Experience of teaching language at middle or high school level is preferred. • A commitment to quality, efficiency and integrity. |
