Our Client is the leader in English language training for adults. They are looking for a high-qualified candidates for Center Operations Manager (Education) position. Working location: HCMC Working time: 10: 00am - 8: 30pm, 6 days per week JOB DESCRIPTIONS Manage the Center and ensure smooth operations and delivery to students; provide everyday management and support to Center staff Create and provide timely and accurate reports that track and monitor all Center KPIs Manage Center results, such as sales targets and service quality Budget, plan, and forecast all Center costs Work closely with the Service Manager and create strong partnerships with the Service and Sales Teams to ensure their is mutual respect and understanding between the teams. Work with People Operations to ensure that all people-development strategies to support retention and excellent results are put in place Be responsible for the overall look and feel of the Center; create a welcoming environment for Students Develop and execute strategies to attract more Students Ensure that Student satisfaction and learning levels exceed expected benchmarks Find the balance between optimum sales levels while maintaining the quality of delivery REQUIREMENT 7 years of sales experience, 5 -10 years in management and operations Had strong experiences managing teams of 40+ staff Strong people management skills and excellent emotional intelligence Strong interviewing skills and the ability to forecast staff at risk Experience working with targets and under high pressure Fluent in English Experience working in Vietnam and in a multi-cultural team Experience managing a business and a P&L |
