| Mô tả công việc: | - Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
- Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development team's members - Explain to the development team about the product's market & users - Creates the Persona and Customer Journey Map - Creates the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP) - Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements) - Prioritize requirements based on their values and maximize those values - Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration) - Perform user acceptance testing - Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality - Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed - Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow - Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback - Define and validate product KPI and monitor it - Communicate with business stakeholders |

| Yêu cầu khác: | -Have at least 3-5 years of experience in product/service planning/UX
- Fluency in English is a MUST - Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Marketing / Economics / SCM or practical experience in project management/planning - Have at least 2-year experiences related to software development - Communication & negotiation skill - Organizational & analytical skill - Continuous improvement mindset - Data-driven focus - Be a savvy application user or have experience in website design - Familiarity with Agile Software Development - Having experience in the shipping industry is a plus. |
