| Mô tả công việc: | Support in purchasing request for department (contact vendor, getting quotation, raise purchase order and follow-up, receive goods and delivery, process payment request or expense claim request)
Manage and record department assets and accessories Manage and update employee list, (internal and external) and department organizational chart Prepare for new joiner (internal and external): pickup new joiner, PC arrangement, create user ID Coordinate with other department for associate benefit/ gifts Support in organizing department meeting, workshop and other events Support exit checklist for associates (internal and external): exit checklist, record returned accessories Support for accessories request/ exchange/ return for associates in department Support in managing facilities and raising ticket for fixing or improvement Support in receiving/ sending courier Support in welcoming guest, invitation letter, investment certificate copies Be willing to give support for Head of Department and department secretary for some arising issues |
