| Mô tả công việc: | The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of our internet-facing systems, including network infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud services. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to implement scalable solutions, monitor system health, and resolve complex issues swiftly. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining high availability and ensuring that our users enjoy uninterrupted access to our services.
Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of server infrastructure, including physical and virtual machines, load balancers, and firewalls. Network Administration: Manage and troubleshoot network configurations, ensuring optimal routing, bandwidth allocation, and security policies. System Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and maintain monitoring systems to track performance metrics, detect anomalies, and trigger alerts for proactive issue resolution. Backup & Recovery: Establish and regularly test backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity and availability. Security Management: Collaborate with the security team to implement and adhere to best practices for system and data protection, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response. Capacity Planning: Analyze resource utilization trends, forecast future needs, and plan for infrastructure expansions to support business growth. Automation & Tooling: Develop and refine automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, preparing reports as required for internal and external audits. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in internet operations, systems administration, or a related role. Fluent English both speaking & writing Technical Skills: Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems administration. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc. ) and network troubleshooting tools (traceroute, nslookup, etc. ). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc. ) and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and their operational requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with security frameworks and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc. ). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
