| Mô tả công việc: | • Establish sales channel and processes.
• To develops lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives. • Establishing, maintaining and strengthening relationship with existing and new clients. • Contacting, meeting and gathering information and requirements from clients. • Manages all team activities to ensure deadlines are met; delegates responsibilities to team members; responsible for team production of high-quality work • Presenting and explaining the proposal to internal company and to clients. • Sets realistic client expectations on all projects; continually keeps client abreast of status of current projects • Conducts and leads internal account brainstorming meetings • Supports additional client activities as requested by CEO |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • Bachelor’s Degree of Advertising, PR-Marketing, Media or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in the field of advertising, media and digital media marketing • Management - supervision, client relations, project management, time management, understanding of daily operations of a marketing firm • Computer – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Marketing – strong knowledge of marketing strategy and the tools used to support marketing communications and branding campaigns • Other – sales pitching Capabilities – multi-tasking, performing under tight deadlines, problem solver, delegation, leadership, attention to detail, organized, can listen to and take direction/constructive criticism. Personality Traits – STRONG leader, team-player, persistent, optimistic, service-oriented, personable, can-do attitude, confident, initiative, honest, responsible. |
