| Mô tả công việc: | - Verify Payment request and supporting document from other Departments - Prepare Payment request for General Expenses - Prepare Payment voucher and monthly report by Division Cost. - Photo document for filing - Prepare and get approval for Accrual List for YE closing. - Manage Fixed Assets. - Review monthly expenses, review actual expenses vs Budget. - Prepare Payment request and payment voucher for General Expenses (if any) - Post GL and Monthly Financial report; import data into 3T soft and print out General Ledger / Ledger for tax purpose. (i)Account Receivables - Daily sales report - Daily update collection from customers and weekly send aging AR to relevant staffs. Highlight overdue AR to each Division. - Monthly reconcile Aging AR report with bank statement / Ledger and Sales statement. - Monthly reconcile other AR accounts in BS - Prepare AR reconciliation to customers in Jun and Dec per year. (ii)Banking / Cash - Daily update collection from customers to GA. - Prepare payment process by bank / cash according to Payment timelines. - Scan document for payment approval. - Input banking / cash transactions into the ledger. - Monthly reconcile Bank statement / Cash count Minutes and ledger. - Receive the importing contracts from Purchasing Department; prepare to open Letter of Credit basing on the contract requirements and follow up the process until complete. - Prepare document for fixed deposit (if any). - Prepare other bank transactions. - Weekly update bank balance to CA to keep track Cash Flow; highlight any exposure to CA |
