| Mô tả công việc: | Talent Acquisition:
• Maintain and develop the firm talent pool for both experienced hires and campus hires: • Proactively source candidates from channels for all hiring requests from functions; • Perform job advertisement & support talent attraction activities to assigned hiring requests; • Arrange interview schedules for Hiring Managers as requested; • Follow up and communicate with candidates to fulfil the hiring process; • Support to plan; coordinate to prepare content, deliver logistics preparation and organize employer branding related events (Career Fairs, office tours, Career Talk …) following the approved agenda/flow. • Maintain & develop candidate sources on Application Tracking System, ensure ATS procedure is fully delivered and perform necessary report/analysis on candidate data. Mass Recruitment Programs • Manage deliverables of the Firm’s mass recruitment programs by delivering employer branding & partnership related activities, manage candidate database, coordinate logistics preparation & partner with relating Departments to ensure project timeline, procedure & hiring targets are met. • Support other HR projects & initiatives. • Other tasks assigned by HR Director. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related majors
• At least 4 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition. • Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese language • Strong inter-personal skill and multitasking skill • Detailed orientation, well organizational skill and fast learning ability |
