| Mô tả công việc: | • Prepare client service strategy through carrying out research, market analysis to achieve the short and long-term business objectives.
• Ensure the Research Consultant team hit their targets and all client service activities are complied with MSS’ standard processes. • Build and maintain client relationships; actively support the team to provide the best appropriate research solutions & online survey services for client. • Manage and control the team; establish client service processes, commission structure, sales materials and training programs for the team. • Manage and coordinate all projects to ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise. • Support the team in coordination with and instruction Production teams to setup questionnaire, process data and setup dashboard. • Analyze and update competitors’ activities and market trends. • Manage all contracts, payments and client business profiles. • Provide weekly and monthly reports and compose quarterly reports to Management. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • At least 4 years of experience in business development, face-to-face direct sales, B2B, working in a sales environment in the online industry • Experience in the research and analysis industry is a plus. • Strong skills of presentation, negotiation, problem solving and decision making • Good Vietnamese and English communication skills (read / write / speak) and computer skills • Ability to work under hard pressure, excellent in handling multi tasks. |
