| Mô tả công việc: | The role holder will be the interface between business and HR and will be responsible for formulating and delivering the relevant HR agenda for Operations, also be expected to provide close support and assistant to Country Head of Employment Relations in handling disciplinary reviews, re-structuring and relevant investigations for smooth and effective outcome. The role holder will drive and enable sustainable business performance throughout partnering with relevant business heads, senior managers, functional partners and stakeholders The role holder will also be mobilised to support and assist HRBP, CPBB (Retail Banking) including acting in the role as Secretary to CFLIP (Country Front Line Incentive Plan) forum for CPBB (Retail Banking) The role holder will need to manage people processes, ensuring levels of capabilities and performance are aligned with current and future business requirements. Besides the role holder will also deliver appropriate and relevant HR advice, ensuring that this is in line with the overarching business strategy, governance processes and risk appetite. |
