| Mô tả công việc: | 1. Work permit for foreigners: - Take responsible for working with concerned parties to apply or renew work permit, residence card and business visa for expats. - Perform tasks related to expats in company. 2. Recruitment: - Participate in recruitment. - Recruiting in line with request timing. Implementing effective sourcing - Building up the talent pool of company; maintain and update candidate database. - Screening CVs, phone interview, organize interview and recruitment according to recruitment processes. 3. Attendance record and paper work: - Take part in attendance management, timesheet collected, recorded and checked accurately and timely. - Paper works of HR Department as assignment. - Keep documents of staff and company in safe place. - Issue notice, announcement and decisions. 4. Other tasks assigned by manager. |
