| Mô tả công việc: | • This person will be the successor for GM role in the future and will report directly to GM • Business Development: Build exceptional relationship with existing customers and active prospecting of new clients to expand customer database and achieve revenue targets. • Update market information to improve services, clients. • Develop the business, build up & maintain good relationship with clients • Drive workshops, initiate and attend industry specific seminars and community events. • Cooperating with other departments to succeed in working out the daily operations. • Expanding the Sales results through extensive use of CRM (customer database management, sales visits and calls) • Works closely with sales team. • He/she must be able to strongly influence the Business Unit Heads who have very strong background and experiences • He/she must be very strong at interpersonal and negotiation skills • He/She has passion for sales. Education: - University graduate, major in Business Administration, Economics & equivalent. Related experience: - Have experience in sales / business development role is preferred, or prior experience in sales-related internship. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Enthusiasm for sales, able to work under high pressure to achieve personal targets. - Willing to travel. - Good command of English (4 skills). Proficient in using MS Office - People management, customer service, problem solving skills. - Strong at interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Individual & proactive. - Good appearance.
