Mô tả công việc: | • Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City • Weekly working time: Monday – Friday, 1/2 Saturday • Report to: General Director/CEO Job Summary: The Company has planned to develop a chain of branches in some provinces and central cities in Viet Nam, so they are looking for a valued candidate who is extremely strong in recruiting to set up company system. • Planning and development, implementation and manages the overall HR programs, policies and procedures for the company. • Responsible for the development of processes that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals |
Quyền lợi được hưởng: | JOB DESCRIPTION • Recruitment: Coordinate with HODs to identify staff vacancies, planning for recruitment, interview and selection of candidates; retention and termination process Coordinate with HODs to come up/update job description for all job positions Plan & Conduct new employee Orientation Program Conduct exit interview Ensure recruitment are in line with labor law as well as company policies & procedures • Compensation & Benefits: Ensure staff salary is processed accurately and timely Plan, Propose & Consult Management on salary structure Analyze and review compensation and benefit policies Prepare & check the Payroll and submit Payroll Report timely • Training & Development: Plan & Propose training programs/courses Coordinate with HODs for staff career progression program • Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement and administer the company policies & procedures, ensure they are in line with all employment related laws and meet company requirements Follow up, review and update changes accordingly Communicate, ensure compliance and maintain consistency with company practices • Staff Activities & Welfare: Propose, plan and implement staff activities & welfare program Manage and control the approved budget for the activities • Expatriate Payroll & Work Permit: Ensure expat payroll is processed accurately and timely Plan, Propose & Consult Management on expat salary review Prepare & check the Payroll and submit Payroll Report timely Oversee, manage and process expat work permit with VN authority and the respective embassy • Company Legalization: Ensure all the company operations are in line with the requirements of the local laws Prepare and provide relevant reports required by local authorities. Update VN laws and advise management on related areas of implementation • Others: Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by Management from time to time. |
Yêu cầu khác: | • Good knowledge in labor law and its implementations • Well organized, strong communication and management skills • High integrity, good judgment and strong work ethics • Ability to lead and develop HR department staff • Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team • Possess excellent organizational & management skills • Excellent interpersonal & employee coaching skills • Good writing and communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in other language (s) an added advantage. • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows. • Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality & integrity. • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field • At least 5 years working experience in Human Resources at managerial level • Tertiary education, Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field. • Ability to set-up the Human Resources department from scratch, as well as working with BOD to recruit all key positions in the company. • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar job capacity, preferably with experience in a new company set-up. • Have general knowledge about football. |
