| Mô tả công việc: | Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assisting in searching, screening CVs and arranging interviews for candidates; • Coordinating with other departments to arrange onboarding process for newcomers; Training: • In charge training administration for training plan implementation; • Maintaining training database of employees; • Doing training evaluation and reports. C&B: • Controlling monthly attendance record, night shift, annual leave, and overtime; • Collecting and submitting health & social insurance’s documents for employees; • Supporting in preparing documents for Personal Income Tax. HR Admin: • Managing all HR admin activities such as updating employee database and filing employee personal documents; • Supporting in organizing HR and admin activities/ events. |

| Quyền lợi được hưởng: | • Salary: $650 – $800, depends on candidate’s experience and qualification. • More details will be discussed during the interview. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • BA in HR Management or other related fields • Can work under pressure, team work, high responsibility; • Careful, hardworking, initiative person; • Have experience in administration / HR at least 2 year; • Have good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Proficient in English communication (verbal & written) |
