| Mô tả công việc: | We are looking for an excellent PHP Technical Lead who is responsible for the underlying technical issues, as well as for overseeing the work being done by other developers working on the projects. Although the primary responsibilities are technical, Technical Lead also serves as an interface between the programmers and management. The Technical Lead must play a key role in: PLANNING - Co-ordinate closely with the Director to provide strategic development and product design plans that meets clients’ needs ORGANIZING - Understand thoroughly technical requirements from customers and turn it to technical specifications for developers - Delegate specific tasks to developers which matches their capabilities and potentials IMPLEMENTING and LEADING - Deploy projects of MAGENTO extensions development and online shopping carts using MAGENTO - Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements - Provide technical guidance and enormous support for developers to help them achieve their optimum performance levels CONTROLLING - Review products and keep track of project status regularly - Make sure that the projects remain on targets, meeting deadlines and resources - Make periodic detailed reports to the Director |

| Yêu cầu khác: | YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Minimum 2-year experience working on Magento platform - Experience in developing online shopping carts based on Magento - Experience with Jira is an advantage - Solid knowledge and understanding of OOP with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and Ajax - In-depth experience with GIT or SVN - Strong management/ leadership skills (experience as the position of Technical Lead/ Team Leader for at least 1 year) - Be able to train or mentor junior team members - Capability of working under high pressure - Good sense of teamwork and high responsibility - Good research and problem solving skills - Strong communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English) |
