| Mô tả công việc: | Responsible for all Vietnam new customer acquisition (e-commerce sites not yet use company services):
Organize sale team to acquire new customers (online shops, e-commerce sites). Advise and support new customer to use company services and work smoothly in 1st month. Make sure smooth transfer customer to account team. Build and develop sales team to meet monthly sales target from new customers: Recruit new suitable team members. Training and couching to ensure each staff meet the monthly target. Responsible for customer policy development, sales training and motivation. Responsible for planning and business development for long-term growth. Get market information from customers, competitors. Do monthly and quarterly forecast for new sales and new customers. Make seasonality planning, initiate sales campaigns for mass winning and align with online channel to increase chance of winning customers. Set sales strategy to increase market penetration in SME segments. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Understand how E-commerce operating in Vietnam and E-commerce trending in Vietnam, SEA, and other markets. Basic knowledge about Delivery, Logistics service in Vietnam: characteristics, competitors. Have work experience in advertising, marketing, promotions, or sales. For example: former sales representatives; purchasing agents; buyers; or product, advertising, promotions, or public relations specialists. Analytical skill. Communication skills: must be able to communicate effectively with a broad-based team during the advertising, promotions, and marketing process. Creativity: must be able to generate new and imaginative ideas. Decision-making skills based on data and end result. Interpersonal skills: must deal with a range of people in different roles, both inside and outside the organization. Organizational skills: must manage time and budget efficiently. Attitude: customer-centric mindset, enthusiastic and passionate, result-oriented. |
