Mô tả công việc: 1. Purchasing all expendable in factory:
- Purchases materials, equipment, services, …following all Company’s and Purchase’s procedures.
- Issue P/O for all Raw Materials, equipments, spare-parts required for production and sub-materials Contracts or Purchase Orders.
- Find the sub-cons and suppliers to meet QCD targets.
- Ensure the material, components are supplied smoothly for the purpose of maximizing interests and minimize the risks for the company. .
- Create/Periodically maintain approved supplier list, evaluate suppliers based on QCD factor. Work together with the users to select the best supplier who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.
- Negotiate and prepare the contract with suppliers. Follow up the contract implementation including price, delivery, quantity, quality, payment, warranty.
- Handle and solve the problem in procurement steps (if any)
- Managing payable & receivable.
Quyền lợi được hưởng: - Bachelor Degree
- Having experience in SAP, MRP is advantage.
- Working experience in Purchasing at least 1 year.
- Clean background.
- Good in English.
- Able to work in extreme pressure environmental.
- Work independently.
