| Mô tả công việc: | A. Monitor the pending contracts with oversea customers · Make sure the business transaction is as schedule. · Prepare the shipping documents · Contact/E-mail to customer/supplier to update the schedule of cargo. · Solving all problem arising. B. Carry out Purchasing order · Receive P. O, check the specification, standard, delivering date. Check and confirm deadline of P. O. · Check the price, product’s quality, quantity from collected suppliers. · Prepare the Purchasing Contract. · Co-operate with the suppliers to follow up the contract and production schedule C. Maintain and develop suppliers map · Maintain present suppliers · Seek and develop new ones · Update supplier’s inventory and product’s quality D. Product quality control · Understand clearly demands from our customer · Ensure the product’s quality which must satisfy the Purchasing contract and our customer’s demand · Solve all issues occurring in purchasing process E.
