| Mô tả công việc: | • Liaise with carrier, coordinate with oversea agent and all related parties to handle daily sea export shipment • Inform and updateoversea agent regarding shipment progress (arrival, delivery, etc. ) • Manage ocean freight and update in internal system • Handle oversea agent general inquiries and complaints and ensure that all queries are promptly resolved • Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with oversea agent • Additional duties as assigned by management. |
